Refund Policy

EZFUNDAMENTAL does not accept returns or exchange except in the case of damaged or defected products. EZFUNDAMENTAL products purchased online are sold as-is and the customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase.

For any case of damaged or defected products should occur, please follow the steps below.


STEP 1. – Notify Us
Notifying us you wish to return any damaged goods within 7 working days after delivery can be done email to [email protected] with your order details. Please send us a photo of the damaged or defected product for further review.

STEP 2. – Returning The Product

Please return the damaged item to the following address:

STEP 3. – Processing The Refund Or Exchange
Once we received the returned defected/damaged product, our support team will get in touch with you by the next working day.

Refunds will only be made against the original Bank Account used.

  • An email will be sent to confirm the refund or exchange of your request.
  • Refunds / Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days upon the confirmation email.

Please note: Only products purchased on [email protected] may be returned for exchange. Products purchased from third parties are not accepted.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

If you purchased your item from our agent or any third party, the damaged items will not be accepted by EZFUNDAMENTAL.
